Hey there! I am Melissa, a creator at heart. I love to write stories, poetry, and create art in almost any avenue. I enjoy watercolors, acrylics, and of course typing away on my poems and stories.
I also think ‘out-loud’ a lot of the time, so you will see my musings on here as well.
I live in West Michigan with my family (Mom and Dad, not spouse) and our pets. We have between us three dogs: Junie Bee, Duke, and Ronnie. We also have one cat, who is approximately 18 years old named Bashful. We live in the midst of a pine tree forest, although there are some hardwoods scattered here and there. My favorite summer past time is walking the property on the many trails my dad maintains for us to enjoy.
